BOARD is a small, dynamic social development organization working in Bihar, India to help with the moral and social upliftment of the weaker sections of the society. Our work is undertaken in the belief that, accessing the vital skills, knowledge, and resources they need to earn a living and address the root causes of their poverty, everyone can act as changemakers in the communities to achieve equality for all.
Board's mandate is to improve opportunity for disadvantaged children, women, adolescents, street and working children living in difficult circumstances in Bihar, India.
To promote community-based initiatives for poor people at the grass-root level and working along with them for their development & education.
Promotion, propagation and creation of a discrimination less, logical and balanced society, so that the poor and marginalized section of the society may equally share the benefit of development.
To promote people-centered development with focus on women, adolescents, children and other needy sections of the society enabling them to become a well-informed and active citizens participating fully for their socio, economic and political growth.
